This magnificent Sussex barn with its stunning views provides the perfect venue for your civil ceremony and wedding reception. We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies; The Terrace Room is licensed for 40 guests and The Oak Room for 250 guests. The Oak Room itself is No Smoking although we can provide a room for guests to smoke if required.
The Oak Room comfortably seats up to 150 dining guests on round tables. Within the room hire charge we provide tables and chairs for 140, a dance floor, an easel & blackboard, a microphone for speeches, and staff to man the bar during the wedding.
We have two nominated caterers by the names of Piglets Catering and Just Jane Caterers, although clients can use their own contact for a charge. Piglets can be contacted on 01306 730490 and Just Jane can be contacted on 01483 892243.
We use three discos regularly that you can contact, although you can use your own contact. We have a sound meter system in The Oak Room which means that if the DJ/Band operator plays too loud, he or she will get a warning to reduce the sound level. If they don’t, the music will cut out for five seconds and then re-start.
We have a fully stocked bar with draught lagers & beers and a selection of wines. You can bring in your own wines if you prefer although corkage rates apply. See the latest room hire charges for details.
We are conveniently situated within easy access of the A3, Guildford and Horsham. There is a lovely hotel nearby with twenty rooms and several B&B’s nearby. Failing that, the big hotel chains have sites in Guildford. Finally, we have extensive car parking available.
