My name is Pauline Potter and I have been making and decorating cakes for many years.
Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Anniversary Cakes and more.
Most of the cakes you can see in the gallery on my website were made from my favourite fruitcake recipe and are covered in fondant icing; some are sponge cakes and chocolate cakes. The figures have been hand-modelled from fondant icing and are edible. The cake decoration is usually designed for the interests of the person celebrating, or for the occasion itself.
